1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to multiple international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Any optional expedited shipping (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout with applicable fees.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to become active after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Oneviacloud.
  • Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • P.O. Boxes: We may support delivery to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping, depending on the carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs clearance.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 60 days of shipment.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

We will review and assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our policies.
