Under a mischievous moon. the werewolf danced through the pumpkin patch. howling at scarecrows as if they'd howl back. His fur tangled with candy wrappers and twigs. he swiped at leaves. mistaking them for ghosts. When children offered him treats. he wagged his tail. forgetting he was supposed to scare them.
